Very bad experience, the device is rigid, the flexible part is only for the chin, and depending on how the shape of your face can hurt you at the ends of the face, I have claimed return and delivery of item. And they consider the device to be perfect, so I will stop buying in this app, There are other options right now. Think you don't open the device any more than you see in the photo.
